Disclaimer: We try our best to ensure each bouquet is delivered as shown in our online catalogue. However please be aware that flower types may vary seasonally. In such cases we aim to colour match, rather than flower match. If you are keen on a specific type of flower/arrangement please do leave a comment in the checkout area OR email us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

General

Our opening hours are between 9am -6pm. Although on occasion we may still liaise with our customers outside these hours. We also often accommodate  events outside of these hours subject to demand  availability. 

We are an online business which means you can use our website to contact us, as well as order  our products online. Although we don’t have a direct shop, you can visit us at our pop-up stalls which run seasonally and are advertised on our Instagram.

 

Of course! We run a completely bespoke service. Which means we can create something to your exact specifications. We can source speciality plants and more on request. Simply click here to send us your request. 

Yes, we can provide samples upon request for large scale or bespoke events. Charges apply and vary depending on what is required. (I.E. Bridal bouquet samples – charges apply)

Yes! All our Bouquets are delivered in water, our Jam jars too.

Yes! We deliver throughout Central London & the City (charges apply). We can also accommodate deliveries outside of the London area. (Charges apply, subject to availability). We tend to deliver our arrangements ourselves and will only use a courier if we absolutely need to.

Flower maintenance

No, we don’t provide liquid food sachets with our bouquets. However they are delivered in water. 

The stems should be cut at an angle before they are put in a vase and the  water should be changed every two days.

Wit the correct care, i.e cutting the stems and changing the water regularly, you KC flower bouquet should last up to a week. However some flower types have a longer life span (such as lilies) and some may have a shorter life span.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Central London & the City (charges apply). We can also accommodate deliveries outside of the London area. (Charges apply, subject to availability).

Yes we do. Standard London delivery charge is £10.00. Anything outside of the London area will vary dependant on the postcode area and will be quoted accordingly.

Our Delivery times are between 9:00am – 6:00pm however we can accommodate deliveries outside of these times if ample notice is given & subject to availability. 

In a word Yes! However it does depend on the size of the order. Charges apply and will vary depending on distance. (Subject to availability).
